We are excited to announce that our team has moved to a new location in Glendale, CA. We spent the previous few years in a building about a mile away from our new location — our old office served us well, and we made great memories and progress there, but we couldn’t be more excited about our new space.
The new office is inside an office building owned by Granite Properties, putting us right on the street of Brand and looking out onto downtown Glendale. Above is picture that shows the building. We’re excited about the hustle and bustle happening outside our windows and all of the great restaurants within an easy walking distance of the new location.
While we were happy with our space, there were several motivating factors to make a move:
- Space. When we first moved into our last office, there were 10 of us and plenty of room. When we left, we had more than 50 Prime MSO employees and space was getting tight. Even though we moved into the neighboring suites in the old building, we ended up getting separated. The new office offered more square footage, but more importantly it allowed us to rethink our layout. We were able to start from scratch by knocking down walls and putting up others that better fit our team and how we’re growing. Overall, we now have more of an open plan so we’re all working closer together rather than a more compartmentalized layout at our last place.
- Location. What a difference a mile makes. Our last office was within immediate walking distance of lot of coffee shops and restaurants but in a busy area it was difficult to get to the freeway. The new space is right next to the 134 freeway and it saves more than 15 minutes in our daily commute. There are still some nice places to get food and coffee from such as Specialties and the Plate.
It has been an exciting few years for Prime MSO, and we look at this new location as the start of another chapter in our history. We’re still working on getting settled in and adding artwork to the walls, but we’re incredibly excited to be in the new space.
